VAT and the Republic of Ireland

ROI VAT payment of 23% will be due to the courier on import. Punch Technology will not charge you UK VAT on your order.

When you choose a Republic of Ireland (ROI) delivery address at checkout, Punch Technology will not charge you UK VAT. However, you will still need to pay ROI VAT of 23% to the courier (DPD) before they can clear ROI customs and complete the delivery of your order.

The Custom PC Build Process

  • Gathering Components Phase - 2-9 days

    In this phase, we gather together the components for your PC either from stock or buy the parts from local suppliers. This phase is the longest of the whole process and is currently taking up to 9 days.

  • Build Phase - 2/3 days

    Once we have all the components and a space in the build schedule, we release the order to be built and you get an automated email to update you.

  • Testing Phase - 24 hours

    We go through an automated testing routine and visual inspection.

  • Shipping Phase - Next day delivery

    Small PC builds are shipped via DPD, and you will receive automated shipping and tracking updates from DPD. Larger PC builds are shipped on a pallet. Both these shipping methods are next day delivery services.
