Here at Punch Technology, we know how important getting the perfect gift, in time for the big day is. With our rigorous build and testing time process, we don’t want anyone receiving a system that isn’t up to our high standards! To ensure you’re aware of when you will receive your system, we’ve outlined our delivery times and dates below.

If you choose a custom PC or have customised any system on our website, it will only be guaranteed for Christmas delivery (subject to parts availability) until:

Midnight, 4th December 2024

After this time, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas

Our express systems are no longer guaranteed for delivery pre-Christmas (as of 10.12.2024). If you order an express system after this date, we will build and deliver your PC after Christmas. If for any reason there is an issue with parts in your system that might delay this delivery, our customer service team will reach out to make you aware.

Any next day systems ordered on the 16th December or after will now be delivered after Christmas.

We appreciate that you might be buying a gift now that you won’t be plugging in and switching on for a few weeks! This is why systems bought on or between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December will be covered by our extended returns policy. To qualify for extended returns:

1. You need to have purchased your PC between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December.
2. You must request the return between Wednesday 25th December 2024 and Friday 17th January 2025. Please note our office opening hours below.
3. The product needs to be returned to us, in it’s original, sealed packaging, by Friday 31st January.
