How do I redeem my free Game Pass?

Redeeming your free Game Pass couldn’t be easier! As soon as you load up your new Windows 11 PC from Punch Technology, you should be presented with a Game Pass screen.

From here, you can decide to either claim Game Pass straight away, or redeem it at a later date. If you choose to redeem later, you will see prompts in the Microsoft Store and in your taskbar.

Once you decide to redeem, you will be taken through the steps in a series of simple and clear instructions.

How do I redeem EA Play?

To get started on PC, Ultimate and PC Game Pass members will first need to link their Xbox and EA accounts and make sure they have the EA app installed on their PC. The Xbox app on Windows PC will walk you through the setup process.

If you have played an EA Play game on your console, your Xbox and EA accounts are likely linked, so you should ensure you sign in to the Xbox app on Windows PC with that same Xbox account you use for console.

Once you have installed the EA app and link your accounts you will be able to browse the EA Play catalog and download games through the Xbox app on Windows PC via the EA app.
